Both staff and volunteers not only give courteous care and advice but find the time to engage in conversation and take an interest in all who attend. It is difficult to see where any improvement can be made.

My only criticism would be of the appointment booking/ cancelling process. Difficult to get through. Got a nasty letter to tell me off for not turning up to an appointments last week, but I had cancelled it by phone.
